🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or personal preference.
Returns are only accepted under the following condition:

  • The item you received is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Return request must be raised with in 2 days.

Refunds are only processed if:

  • The product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage from the moment the package is opened.
