• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are applicable for customers in India only.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Discounts, offers, and coupon codes are valid only for the specified time and cannot be combined unless stated.
• In case of pricing errors due to technical issues, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

Once you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
• Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received or if there is a verification issue.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Payments

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways available on Shopify.

• We do not store your full card or payment details.
• If a payment fails but money is deducted, the refund timeline depends on your bank/payment provider.

6. Shipping (India Only)

• We currently ship only within India.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner.
• Delays caused by courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are accepted strictly as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging (if applicable)
• Items purchased on final sale/clearance (if mentioned)

8. Jewelry Care

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but longevity depends on care.

To maintain shine:

• Avoid direct contact with perfume, harsh chemicals, and cleaning agents
• Store in a dry place when not in use
